Talk to the SprintLoop team
Tell us about the portfolio you run and what you need it to prove. We will show you the product against a register that looks like yours and open a workspace if it fits.
Request access or a walkthrough
Email hello@theboardwalk.ai with the size of your portfolio and the delivery systems it sits above. Every workspace we open begins with a 30-day Team evaluation, and no payment details are taken to start it.
Worth reading first: how SprintLoop works, the sourced comparison against the tools you may already own, and pricing.
Run a third-party risk review
The security page is the starting packet: tenant isolation, encryption, access control, the audit trail, availability and the current subprocessor list. Control detail answers the questions a security questionnaire asks, including what we do not hold.
Send anything still unanswered to security@theboardwalk.ai or through your existing product contact.
Get product support
Email support@theboardwalk.ai or use the support guide to include the details needed to reproduce an issue. If you are already working with someone here, reply to that thread so its context stays together.
Report a security issue
Email security@theboardwalk.ai. The machine-readable disclosure policy is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
A useful report contains the URL or endpoint, the exact steps, what you observed against what you expected, and when you observed it. Please do not access, modify or retain another organization’s data to demonstrate an issue — describing the path is enough, and we can reproduce it against a fixture tenancy.
Get the domain through your corporate proxy
Secure web gateways categorize unfamiliar domains before they allow them. These are the facts your IT or security team will ask for.
- Domain. theboardwalk.ai, including www.theboardwalk.ai.
- Operator. LockedIn Labs.
- What it is. Business-to-business software — project portfolio management, used from the browser by a named, authenticated employee.
- Suggested category. Business, Technology, or Software as a Service.
- What it needs. Ordinary HTTPS on port 443. No inbound connections, no installed agent, no browser extension, and no additional ports.
- Corroboration. The about page states the same facts in a form your reviewer can read directly.
